Who is Symas Agro for?
Farmers managing a farm and selling what it produces, buyers ordering from farmers and suppliers, and service providers — vets, agri-supply sellers, breeders, processors, and transport operators — working with either side.
How does escrow work?
When a buyer places an order, payment is held in escrow rather than sent directly to the seller. Once the order is confirmed as fulfilled, escrow releases the payment to the seller.
Do I need a separate account for web and mobile?
No. One account works on both — sign in once and it's the same account and data on the app and on the web.
Is there a cost to join?
Joining is free. See the pricing page for what's included.
Can I manage more than one farm?
Yes, an owner can be attached to more than one farm and switch between them.
What if I have a problem with an order?
Every account has access to support tickets from within the app, where our team can help resolve order or account issues directly.
